EIT Food, in collaboration with Water Europe, organized an event on June 15th on the impact of water scarcity in several sectors (agriculture, food & beverage and infrastructures). The event was part of the Innowise Scale and in the Water Europe Innovation 2021.
As a part of the expert’s panel, professor Attilio Toscano discussed water scarcity issues in the field of agriculture.
