5th annual forum of the MedThink 5+5 network just finished in Madrid. Event was jointly organized by the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) and the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM).
An interesting discussion opened during the session: Ensuring Water Security for a Sustainable Future: Challenges for Integrated Water Management in the Western Mediterranean.
Alain Meyssonnier stressed the importance of unconventional water sources and Francisco Pedrero Salcedo highlighted water reuse!
It is encouraging to see, that the issues FIT4REUSE is addressing are recognised in such debates!
