The second Water Reuse Day was held on December 2^nd 2021 in Lisbon, as the result of the collaboration of the EIT Water Scarcity and FIT4REUSE. Rethinking Water event gathered researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs, experts and policymakers with a genuine interest in water-related issues to discuss the most pressing challenges in Europe.

The program finishes with the round table on the Reuse of non-conventional water resources in the innovative water-food-nexus concept, moderated by Antonia Lorenzo (Bioazul) with panellists Attilio Toscano (University of Bologna), Nuno Brôco (AdP VALOR ), Simos Malamis (National Technical University of Athens) and Maria Cristina Pasi (Izar).
